For Airport Arrivals
- Our friendly airport representative will meet and greet you at your arrival gate.*
- We will escort you to baggage claim and provide luggage/ porter service at the baggage claim area

Airport and Waikiki hotels shuttle transfers are via air-conditioned equipment.
We guarantee no more than 5 stops to your hotel destination and departure and all necessary staffing.
Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry.
Additional baggage is extra and paid directly when you arrive at your
shuttle, as noted below.
$6.05 for up to 3 additional bags (per bag)
$6.25 for Golf Clubs
$14.50 for Heavy Boxes over 50lbs or Musical Instruments
$23.00 for Surfboard (6' or less)
$50.00 for Windsurfing Boards
$36.00 Bicycle (Must be dismantled)

Car seats or strollers are no charge.
*International guests will be greeted outside of customs.

- Arrival: You will be met as you exit your flight. The sign will say "Roberts Hawaii". The representative will be in a yellow Aloha shirt. If the representative is not at baggage claim, pick up a courtesy phone and let them know you need Roberts Hawaii and your location.
